The Challenge
SB Cattle Co. needed a polished, trustworthy online presence to attract landowners seeking grazing leases, ranch property management, and agricultural consulting across Santa Barbara County. The site had to communicate an owner-operator ethos, highlight regional expertise, perform exceptionally well on mobile, and be discoverable for local intent searches like ‘cattle grazing Santa Barbara’ and ‘ranch management near me.’
My Solution
I built a fast, modern Astro site with React-powered interactions and tasteful, performance-conscious animation. Content emphasizes SB Cattle Co.’s long-term, owner-operator approach and regional service areas. I implemented comprehensive structured data and on-page SEO to support local discovery, plus an elegant contact flow backed by serverless email delivery via AWS SES.
