What this Site is

The Site provides general information about our web design, hosting, SEO, and related services. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Prices, plans, timelines, and features shown here are descriptive and can change. A project only begins once we both sign a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls for the project.

Portfolio items and client names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission. You may view and share links to the Site for personal or business reference. You may not copy, republish, or sell our content, or pass off our work as yours, without written permission.

  • Submit information about another person without their consent.

Articles, case studies, testimonials, and examples on the Site are for information and illustration. Search rankings, traffic, leads, and sales depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competitors. We make no promise that any particular result will be achieved. Blog content is general guidance, not legal, financial, or professional advice.

If we can't, any legal action relating to the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
